The Devonshire Street Tunnel is a 300-metre-long (980 ft) pedestrian tunnel located beneath the southern end of Central station in the Sydney central business district. It opened in 1906 joining Devonshire Street with Railway Square. In the 1970s it was extended beneath Railway Square to the northern side of George Street. At its western end, the tunnel now connects to The Goods Line, providing an off-street connection between Central station and Darling Harbour.
