David Choinière (born February 7, 1997) is a Canadian soccer player who currently plays for the Montreal Impact in Major League Soccer.
Choinière began his career at the age of five playing for local club Soccer Haut-Richelieu. Having joined FC Montreal, he made his professional debut on April 10, 2016 in a 2-1 defeat to Toronto FC II. Choinière was cautioned in the 93rd minute of the match. He then scored his first goal for the club in a 2-1 defeat to Bethlehem Steel on May 15, 2016.
After making his first team debut for the Impact in the 2016 Canadian Championship against Toronto FC, Choinière signed an MLS contract with the Montreal Impact on June 28, 2016. In October 2016, Choinière made his MLS debut against the New England Revolution. Choinière scored his first goal for Montreal in the Canadian Championship against the Vancouver Whitecaps on May 23, 2017.
Choinière featured in Canadian Under-15, Under-16 and Under-18 camps but is yet to make his international debut at youth or senior level.
