Damnica [damˈnit͡sa] (German Hebrondamnitz) is a village in Słupsk County, Pomeranian Voivodeship, in northern Poland. It is the seat of the gmina (administrative district) called Gmina Damnica. It lies approximately 17 kilometres (11 mi) east of Słupsk and 90 km (56 mi) west of the regional capital Gdańsk.

Before 1945 the village was in Germany. After World War II the region was placed under Polish administration by the Potsdam Agreement under territorial changes demanded by the Soviet Union. Most Germans fled or were expelled and replaced with Poles expelled from the Polish areas annexed by the Soviet Union.

The village has a population of 1,240.
