DZRH-TV was a VHF station of Philippine television network Manila Broadcasting Company aired from 1962 to 1972, having relay stations in 6 key cities in the Philippines. Its studios were located at the old Jai Alai Building. It was one of the TV stations were shut down permanently during the declaration of martial law by President Ferdinand Marcos. After the 1986 People Power Revolution and MBC tried to revive the channel 11 frequency; however, the NTC reportedly in early 1992 that the station was disqualified them for a VHF frequency due to a condition that is "not legally, technically and financial qualified to operate the station." (and its one of the TV stations did not revive at the time after 1986 Revolution, along with ABC-5, which did not yet started until made a test broadcast in 1991 and fully opened the following year with the different calls, DWET-TV; and the corporate name, Associated Broadcasting Company, which the Company uses C (in ABC-5 name) as the corporate initial by instead of keeping Corporation (the name of original ABC-5); along its original calls, DZTM-TV during the pre-martial law years; as a result of the new management took over upon the revival of Channel 5). As a result, the channel 11 frequency license was eventually acquired and awarded the license by El Shaddai-led Delta Broadcasting System, Inc. (known as DBS-11) in 1995, with the frequency's new callsign DWXI-TV. But moved to channel 35, when ZOE Broadcasting Network (through its head Jesus Is Lord Church leader Brother Eddie Villanueva bought and awarded the frequency license from DBS in 1998 and became the present DZOE-TV (known as ZOE TV-11). Today, during the ZOE Broadcasting Network ownership, it was now occupied by GMA News TV of GMA Network; although ZOE retains its licensee and ownership of the frequency, but since ZOE had entered an agreement with GMA (and its subsidiary Citynet Television, Inc.) with leased the entire block of the said channel's airtime in 2005. As a result, GMA taken over its operations of the mentioned frequency. And prior to today's GMA News TV, it was known as QTV-11 (later simply Q and Q Channel 11) from the network's officially launched on November 2005 until officially signed off on February 20, 2011.
