DZOE-TV, channel 11, is the flagship television property of ZOE Broadcasting Network. As part of a blocktime agreement, it serves as the flagship station of television network GMA News TV. The station is operated by Citynet Network Marketing and Productions Inc. subsidiary of GMA Network Inc. DZOE-TV's master playout facility and most of the station's programming are produced and originated from the GMA Network Center at the corner of Timog Avenue and Epifanio de los Santos Avenue in Quezon City. ZOE TV maintains its in-house programming from its own studios at the 22nd floor, Strata 2000 Building, Emerald Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City; as well as transmitter facilities at the GMA Network's Tower of Power site at Barangay Culiat, Tandang Sora, Quezon City.

The Channel 11 frequency under the DWXI-TV call letters in Metro Manila was originally granted to a joint venture between the leaders of two major Filipino religious movements, Mike Velarde (of the El Shaddai movement) and Eddie Villanueva (of Jesus Is Lord Church), however disputes between the two leaders would result in Villanueva being awarded full ownership of the station from the Philippine Congress.

In April 13, 1998, JIL Church launches its own TV network as ZOE TV Channel 11 (it also changed its callsign to DZOE-TV) with ZOE Broadcasting Network, Inc. as the new corporate name.

In 1999, Enternet leased airtime on DZOE-TV, simulcasting CNBC Asia during the daytime hours. Contract disputes would lead to the agreement ending in 2002.
