Conor McPhillips (Irish name: Conchobhar MacPhilib ; born 9 February 1981) is a former Irish rugby union player.

He previously played professional rugby for Connacht (between 2003 and 2009), where the highlight was reaching the European Challenge Cup semi final against Harlequins. Conor scored 11 tries in his first season with Connacht making him top try scorer in the 2003 Celtic League (see Magners League). He is Connacht's 2nd top try scorer with 20 tries in the Magners league and joint top try scorer with 12 tries in the European Challenge Cup.

Conor McPhillips played for Ireland U21's in the 2002 Rugby World Cup in South Africa. He played Sevens rugby for Ireland in the 2001 Rugby World Cup Sevens in Argentina & 2008 Hannover Sevens. He was called up to the 2005 Ireland rugby union tour of Japan and he won 2 caps for Ireland Wolfhounds in the 2006 Churchill Cup against England and France.

He was player/coach with St Mary's College RFC in Dublin and played scrum-half in the AIB League final defeat to Cork Constitution in 2010. He is currently Video Analyst for Connacht.
