Confident Group is deploying projects within the infrastructural sphere, including Gated communities of Townships, Villas, Apartments, Commercial Towers, Malls, Software Towers & Parks, Hotels and Resorts. In March 2017, the group announced housing projects worth Rs. 450 Crores ($70 Million ) in Kerala and Karnataka states in India for housing projects that are compliant with the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Urban).
