Chmielów [ˈxmjɛluf] (German: Schmellwitz) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Kostomłoty, within Środa Śląska County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. Prior to 1945 it was in Germany.
It lies approximately 15 kilometres (9 mi) south-east of Środa Śląska, and 22 kilometres (14 mi) west of the regional capital Wrocław.
