Chiu Chuang-huan (Chinese: 邱創煥; pinyin: Qiū Chuànghuàn) is a Taiwanese politician. He was the Vice Premier from 1981 to 1984.
Born in Changhua, Chiu is of Raoping, Guangdong, Hakka ancestry.
