Centerville is a town in Center Township, Wayne County, in the U.S. state of Indiana. The population was 2,552 at the 2010 census.
Centerville is located at 39°48′58″N 84°59′44″W / 39.81611°N 84.99556°W (39.816141, -84.995420), at an altitude of 1,014 feet (309 m).U.S. Route 40 runs east and west through town along Main Street.
