Handal Indah Sdn Bhd (doing business as Causeway Link) is one of the largest public bus company provider in Johor Bahru. The distinctive Smiling Bus operates a number of routes covering some of the outskirts to the heart of JB Town and Larkin Terminal. The bus service now spans across the rest of Malaysia, and includes cross-border services to Singapore. Causeway Link started operations in 2003. Causeway Link operates leisure services to places such as Legoland Malaysia and Johor Premium Outlets. They also operates express buses to KL.There are cross-border routes to Newton MRT Station, Jurong East Bus Interchange, Boon Lay MRT Station, Queen Street Bus Terminal and Kranji MRT Station from major bus terminals in Johor Bahru. Causeway Link owns a fleet of Mercedes-Benz, MAN Truck & Bus, Dennis Dart, Dennis Lance, SKSBus, Nissan Diesel, Volvo, Hino, Daewoo, Scania AB, Yutong and Iveco buses to serve all its routes.
