Carrie Wong Si Tian (born January 1, 1994), is a Singaporean actress and model. She was discovered through MediaCorp Channel U's reality television competition Hey Gorgeous.
As the only child of a housewife mother and retiree father, Carrie Wong was a member of Evergreen Secondary School's Volleyball. Standing tall with 1.75m. In 2014, she graduated with a Diploma course in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Nanyang Polytechnic, and it was during her final year when she made it to one of the top three contestants in Hey Gorgeous in 2013.Her instagram is @carriewst
Carrie Wong was chosen as one of the six contestants for the Preliminary Rounds of Hey Gorgeous. As the only girl contestant from Nanyang Polytechnic, she successfully made it into the Semi-Finals, followed by the Finals. Having emerged as Second Runner-Up, behind Winner and fellow Nanyang Polytechnic student, Alfred Low.
On January 2014, Carrie Wong officially signed on to MediaCorp as a full-time artiste.
In 2013, Carrie Wong, along with other Hey Gorgeous past contestants starred in their first drama on MediaCorp Channel U, Scrum, broadcast on February 2014. Wong portrayed a handicapped Sport Sciences polytechnic student.
Following her entry into MediaCorp as a full-time artiste in January 2014, she went on to play major roles in dramas, Against the Tide and The Journey: Tumultuous Times alongside veteran actors. The roles were not handed to her on a silver platter as she had to go through two rounds of auditions before she was cast as Christopher Lee's on-screen sister. Her portrayals of a schizophrenic woman in Against the Tide, as well as that of a hot-tempered sweet soup seller in Tumultuous Times has garnered her numerous praise from the audiences, as well as a nomination for Best Supporting Actress under the series Tumultuous Times and Top 10 Most Popular Artistes. Due to her well-praised acting, she was also nominated for Best Newcomer award, but lost to Aloysius Pang.
