Canal 5 Noticias ("Channel 5 News", also known as C5N) is a 24-hours cable news channel in Argentina. It has been created by the entrepreneur and journalist Daniel Hadad Sold to the Indalo Group, owned by Cristóbal López. C5N began broadcasting on Monday, August 6, 2007 at 7 am (10 am GMT).

Its programming was always live (as emphasized on the 2013-2016 slogan "Noticias en Vivo" and "24 Horas Vivo").

C5N also has a helicopter, which allows them to carry live traffic coverage from the sky, and this makes them popular quickly in the early days. However, there was a crash at June 18, 2010, at 9 AM, after providing a breaking traffic story, 51-year-old pilot Enrique Miguel Vila flew the helicopter back to the San Fernando International Airport, but suddenly crashed at the front of a house in the intersection of Bernardo de Irigoyen y Güemes in Villa Martelli. As the result, this pilot, and 25-year-old cameraman Fernando Gonzalez, died.

The program of the channel consists of continuous news coverage on weekdays and general interest programs on weekends. C5N also carries recorded shows (especially 3-6:30 AM), which is write in bold in the table below.
