Cádiz is one of the eight constituencies (Spanish: circunscripciones) represented in the Parliament of Andalusia, the regional legislature of the Autonomous Community of Andalusia. The constituency currently elects 15 deputies. Its boundaries correspond to those of the Spanish province of Cádiz. The electoral system uses the D'Hondt method and a closed-list proportional representation, with a minimum threshold of 3 percent.
Voting is on the basis of universal suffrage in a secret ballot. Only lists polling above 3% of valid votes in each district (which includes blank ballots—for none of the above) are entitled to enter the seat distribution.
