Burlington is a town in Big Horn County, Wyoming, United States. The population was 288 at the 2010 census.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 1.01 square miles (2.62 km2), all of it land.

Burlington's mascot is the Husky.

As of the census of 2010, there were 288 people, 86 households, and 68 families residing in the town. The population density was 285.1 inhabitants per square mile (110.1/km2). There were 95 housing units at an average density of 94.1 per square mile (36.3/km2). The racial makeup of the town was 91.3% White, 0.3% African American, 0.3% Asian, 6.6% from other races, and 1.4% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 13.9% of the population.

There were 86 households of which 44.2% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 67.4% were married couples living together, 5.8% had a female householder with no husband present, 5.8% had a male householder with no wife present, and 20.9% were non-families. 17.4% of all households were made up of individuals and 10.5% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 3.35 and the average family size was 3.85.

The median age in the town was 27 years. 39.6% of residents were under the age of 18; 8.7% were between the ages of 18 and 24; 19.1% were from 25 to 44; 18% were from 45 to 64; and 14.6% were 65 years of age or older. The gender makeup of the town was 52.4% male and 47.6% female.

As of the census of 2000, there were 250 people, 76 households, and 58 families residing in the town. The population density was 246.6 people per square mile (95.6/km²).
