Bryant is located in east-central Fulton County at 40°28′1″N 90°5′43″W / 40.46694°N 90.09528°W (40.466839, -90.095388).Illinois Route 100 passes through the village, leading northeast 8 miles (13 km) to Canton and southwest 6 miles (10 km) to Lewistown, the county seat.
