Breytovsky District (Russian: Брейтовский райо́н) is an administrative and municipal district (raion), one of the seventeen in Yaroslavl Oblast, Russia. It is located in the northwest of the oblast. The area of the district is 2,160 square kilometers (830 sq mi). Its administrative center is the rural locality (a selo) of Breytovo. Population: 7,034 (2010 Census);9,183 (2002 Census);11,019 (1989 Census). The population of Breytovo accounts for 47.0% of the district's total population.
