Borohrádek (Czech pronunciation: [ˈboroɦraːdɛk]; German: Heideburg) is a town in the Hradec Králové Region of the Czech Republic. It has c. 2,150 inhabitants. It is located 22 kilometres (14 mi) southeast of Hradec Králové and 119 kilometres (74 mi) east of Prague.
The municipality covers an area of 13.98 square kilometres (5.40 sq mi) and as of 2014 it had a population of 2108. First written notice about the village is from year 1342.
The village of Šachov is an administrative part of Borohrádek.
