Bloomingdale is a village in Jefferson County, Ohio, United States. The population was 202 at the 2010 census. It is part of the WeirtonSteubenville, WV-OH Metropolitan Statistical Area.

Bloomingdale is the site of a Camaldolese monastic community at Holy Family Hermitage, part of the Congregation of Monte Corona.

Bloomingdale was originally called Bloomfield, and under the latter name was laid out in 1816. A post office called Bloomingdale has been in operation since 1822.

Bloomingdale is located at 40°20′33″N 80°48′59″W / 40.34250°N 80.81639°W / 40.34250; -80.81639 (40.342571, -80.816363).
