Berwick railway station is located on the Pakenham line in Victoria, Australia. It serves the south-eastern Melbourne suburb of Berwick, and opened on 8 October 1887.

Boom barriers were provided at the Clyde Road level crossing in 1986.

During September 1988, the former No. 2 and No. 3 roads were removed.

It was upgraded to a Premium station in 1998.

Berwick has one island platform with two faces. It is serviced by Metro Trains' Pakenham line and V/Line Traralgon services.
