Bernardino Piñera Carvallo (born 22 September 1915) is a Chilean prelate of the Catholic Church. He was born in Paris, France. At the age of 102, he is the oldest living Catholic bishop.

Piñera was ordained a priest on 5 April 1947. He worked for the Catholic Action. On 11 February 1958, Pope Pius XII appointed Piñera Carvallo auxiliary bishop of Talca. Later, he was appointed Bishop of Temuco (1960–1977) and Archbishop of La Serena (1983–1990). From 1983 until 1988, he was president of the Episcopal Conference of Chile. Piñera Carvallo attended the Second Vatican Council from 1962 until 1965. He is the paternal uncle of Sebastián Piñera, President of Chile from 2010 to 2014 and scheduled to begin another term in March 2018.
