Behrouz Vossoughi (Persian: بهروز وثوقی‎‎), born as Khalil Vossoughi (Persian: خلیل وثوقی‎‎) (10 March 1938 in Khoy, Iran), is an Iranian actor, TV host and model of Iranian Azerbaijani origin.

Behrouz Vossoughi is one of Iran's most legendary actors. He has over 40 years of experience in the motion picture industry, with featured appearances in more than 90 films. In addition to his work in films, Vossoughi has worked in television, radio and theater. He started acting in films with Samuel Khachikian Toofan dar Shahre Ma and Abbas Shabaviz's Gole gomshodeh (1962). He became a major star as the brooding hero of the revenge drama Qeysar (1969), directed by Masoud Kimiai. his role Qeysar as a symbol of the Iran community became, and received Best Actor Award Sepas Film Festival, His work has earned him recognition at several international film festivals, he won the prize for Best Actor at the International Film Festival of India in 1974 and the Lifetime Achievement Award at the San Francisco International Film Festival in 2006.
