Barkowo [barˈkɔvɔ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Żmigród, within Trzebnica County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. Prior to 1945 it was in Germany.
It lies approximately 8 kilometres (5 mi) west of Żmigród, 27 kilometres (17 mi) north-west of Trzebnica, and 43 kilometres (27 mi) north-west of the regional capital Wrocław.
