Andrei Ruslanovich Smetanin (Russian: Андрей Русланович Сметанин; born July 21, 1969 in Perm) is a retired Russian professional footballer. He made his debut in the Soviet Top League in 1990 for FC Dynamo Moscow.
He is currently the general director for the futsal team MFC Dynamo-2 Moscow.
