Aleksandrovac (Serbian Cyrillic: Александровац) is a town and municipality located in the Rasina District of the central Serbia. In 2002, the population of the town was 6,476, while the population of the municipality was 29,389.
From 1929 to 1941, Aleksandrovac was part of the Morava Banovina of the Kingdom of Yugoslavia.
According to the 2011 census results, the municipality of Aleksandrovac has a population of 26,522 inhabitants.
The most popular event is Župska berba, which is held yearly from 22 September to 25 September.
The town fields several sports teams including basketball and volleyball teams, a handball team that plays in the top division in Serbia and FK Župa Aleksandrovac football team.
