The Adams-Normandie neighborhood touches Pico-Union on the north, University Park on the east, the Exposition Park neighborhood on the south and Jefferson Park on the west . It is bounded by the Santa Monica Freeway on the north, Western Avenue on the west, Vermont Avenue on the east and Jefferson Boulevard on the south.
