Adam Keefe (born April 26, 1984) is a former Canadian professional ice hockey forward who last played for, and captained, the Belfast Giants of the Elite Ice Hockey League (EIHL). Keefe retired from playing in 2017 to take up the position as Belfast Giants head coach, replacing Derrick Walser.
He is the younger brother of former Tampa Bay Lightning player and current head coach of the Toronto Marlies in the American Hockey League, Sheldon Keefe.
