Notes:
After failed to settle bad debt with former players for last season campaign and 4 months failed to pay current team wages. In addition, unable to turned up for fixture against PDRM FA,
FMLLP decided to disqualified Kuantan FA from the rest of the campaign. With all games and point involved them were deducted automatically which is all points they gained from matches and earned by others team that drew or won against them also deducted. With that shocking decision left the league with 11 teams out of initial 12. It is the first time ever occurred in professional level Malaysia football competition where the team disallowed to compete after breaking the rules and regulations during season on going.
Kuantan stated that Marcerra (the team that bought their license) wanted to took over bad debts amounted to RM 3.5 milion and clear all the overdue payment from last season. But it seems fruitless after 4 months league campaign the problem still left unsettled with current squad players decided to abandoned the team and left for teams in FAM league, third tier division since they disallowed to sign or switch with other teams when the transfer window are closed. The team were awarded RM 500 000 annual grant but minus RM 200 000 for fined after failed to completed registration papers.
