Malaysian Indian Sports Council-Malaysian Indian Football Association (MISC-MIFA) Football Club is a professional football club based in Petaling Jaya that compete in Liga Premier. Founded in 2014, the club's current home ground is Petaling Jaya Stadium.

The club is co-owned by the Malaysian Indian Sports Council (MISC) and Malaysian Indian Football Association (MIFA). MISC-MIFA were established to represent Malaysian Indian community, although the club still allowed a non-Indian in the current squad.

MISC-MIFA are the current champions of the FAM League, after winning the title in 2016 and has been promoted to play in the second division of Malaysian football, the Liga Premier for 2017 season.

Malaysian Indian Sports Council-Malaysian Indian Football Association Football Club or MISC-MIFA was founded in 2014 when the club was approved to compete in Malaysia FAM League, the third division of national level football competition in Malaysia. The club was created as an effort by Malaysian Indian Football Association to elevate Indian community involvement in sports and also to produce more Indian players in Malaysian football as a whole. The club is sponsored by Malaysian Indian Football Association (MIFA).

In 2013, the club under-23 youth side has managed to become champion in the France International Indian tournament.

In preparation for the club participation in FAM League, the club has been prepared with RM 1.3 Million budget and the preparation has started six months before the season begins. In the first season in national competition, the club only managed to finished in ninth place. The club nearly promoted to the second division after finished second place in Group B of 2015 Malaysia FAM League. After two years without silverware in their campaign, the club has increased their budget for the 2016 season. For 2016 Malaysia FAM League, the club has set a budget of RM 800,000 for their bid to win the third division.
