The 2016–17 Men's CEV Cup is the 45th edition of the European CEV Cup volleyball club tournament, the former "Top Teams Cup".

The 13 winning teams from the Round of 64 will compete in the round of 32 playing home & away matches.
The 16 winning teams from the Round of 32 will compete in the Eighthfinals playing home & away matches.
