2015–16 PlusLiga is the 80th season of the Polish Volleyball Championship (16th season as a professional league - PlusLiga) organized by the Professional Volleyball League SA (Polish: Profesjonalna Liga Piłki Siatkowej S.A.) under the supervision of the Polish Volleyball Federation (Polish: Polski Związek Piłki Siatkowej).

In the 2015/2016 season Poland will be represented by Asseco Resovia Rzeszów, Lotos Trefl Gdańsk and PGE Skra Bełchatów in the CEV Champions League, and Jastrzębski Węgiel in the CEV Cup.

On October 28 2015, the Polish SuperCup was held. The winner of the Polish Cup- Lotos Trefl Gdańsk beat reigning Polish Champions Asseco Resovia Rzeszów 3–2 in Poznań.

ZAKSA Kędzierzyn-Koźle attained their 6th Polish Championship title after a 13-year title drought. Benjamin Toniutti from ZAKSA Kędzierzyn-Koźle received 10 "Most Valuable Player of the Match" awards. Bartosz Kurek from Asseco Resovia Rzeszów was the season's top scorer with 510 points. The following places in the Top Scorer ranking went to: Maciej Muzaj from Jastrzębski Węgiel (479 points), Sławomir Jungiewicz from Effector Kielce (477 points), Artur Szalpuk from Cerrad Czarni Radom (432 points) and Facundo Conte from PGE Skra Bełchatów (426 points).
