The 1971 Pacific Tigers football team represented the University of the Pacific (UOP) in the 1971 NCAA University Division college football season as a member of the Pacific Coast Athletic Association.

The team was led by second-year head coach Homer Smith, and played home games at Pacific Memorial Stadium in . They finished the season with a record of three wins and eight losses (3–8, 1–4 PCAA). The Tigers were outscored by their opponents 176–198 for the entire season.
