The World Figure Skating Championships is an annual figure skating competition sanctioned by the International Skating Union in which figure skaters compete for the title of World Champion.
The 1909 men competitions took place on February 7–8 in , Sweden. The 1909 ladies competitions took place on January 23–24 in Budapest, Austria-Hungary. Lily Kronberger was the only competitor. The 1909 pairs competition took place on February 8 in , Sweden.
