Újezd is a village and municipality (obec) in Žďár nad Sázavou District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 8.66 square kilometres (3.34 sq mi), and has a population of 241 (as at 3 July 2006).
Újezd lies approximately 9 kilometres (6 mi) south-west of Žďár nad Sázavou, 24 km (15 mi) north-east of Jihlava, and 123 km (76 mi) south-east of Prague.
