Racing Football Club Union Luxembourg (Luxembourgish: Racing Football Club Union Lëtzebuerg), usually abbreviated to Racing FC, is a football club, based in Luxembourg City, in southern Luxembourg.

In the summer of 2012 the club signed a partnership with financial powerhouse Europe Sports Group with the aim of reaching the UEFA Champions League or Europa League in the near future. The agency will be tasked with identifying and securing top class players from around the world to reach this goal. The club has also arranged a partnership with the 1st flight club Nancy of France.

It was formed in 2005 as an amalgam of three clubs from Luxembourg City: Spora, Union Luxembourg, and CS Alliance 01. Its heritage is further complicated by the ancestry of those three clubs, all of which were themselves formed by mergers:

In its first season as a united team, Racing finished seventh in the National Division, equal on points with fifth-place Wiltz. They have improved their placing steadily since then, becoming challengers for the league title. In 2006–07, they finished fourth, and in the 2007–08 season, they achieved their best ever ranking: finishing 2nd. In the 2013–14 season, the club finished in last place and was consequently relegated from the top level.

Racing FC qualified for UEFA European competitions once.

In the 2008–09 season Racing played Sweden Kalmar FF and lost 1–10 on aggregate. They lost 0–3 at home and 1–7 away with Sully Billon scoring the only goal.
