Ballygunge (Vidhan Sabha constituency) (Bengali: বালিগঞ্জ বিধানসভা কেন্দ্র) is an assembly constituency in Kolkata in the Indian state of West Bengal.

As per orders of the Delimitation Commission, No. 161 Ballygunge (Vidhan Sabha constituency) is composed of the following: Ward Nos. 60, 61, 64, 65, 68, 69 and 85, of Kolkata municipal corporation.

Ballygunge (Vidhan Sabha constituency) is part of No. 23 Kolkata Dakshin (Lok Sabha constituency).

In the 2011 elections, Subrata Mukherjee of Trinamool Congress defeated his nearest rival Fuad Halim of CPI(M).

In the 2006 state assembly elections Ahmed Javed Khan of Trinamool Congress won the Balluginge assembly seat defeating his nearest rival Rabin Deb of Communist Party of India (Marxist) (CPI(M)). Rabin Deb of CPI(M) defeated Kakoli Ghosh Dastidar of Trinamool Congress in 2001, Dibyendu Biswas of Indian National Congress in 1996, and Susobhan Basu of Congress in 1991. Sachin Sen of CPI(M) defeated Susobhan Basu of Congress in 1987, Rathin Talukdar of Congress in 1982, and Subrata Mukherjee of Congress in 1977.
