Cauliflower pizza
1 head of cauliflower chop finely or put in food processor and chop finely
Mix in bowl with 4 eggs, 1/2 tsp salt and pepper and 1/4 cup parsley. Make into a flat round on a pizza pan. Bake at 180° for 10 mins.
Add 1/4 cup tomato sauce spread thinly on top with 2 tbsp of oregano, 4 slices of ham, one ball of mozzarella cheese cut in 1/4 inch slices and top pizza with it and cut up olives, pepper pieces and mushrooms. Bake pizza for 20 mins. at 210° A and enjoy a low carb. Pizza
