Elegushi Beach is a private beach located at Lekki, Lagos state, South west of Nigeria. The beach is owned by the Elegushi royal family in Lekki, Lagos state.
Eleko Beach opened in 1989 as a serene and private beach in the Lekki Peninsula, about 30 miles east of the Lagos Island. Away from the hustles and bustles of the metropolis, it usually has an atmosphere of peace and tranquility.
Kuramo Beach is a sandy beach in Lagos, Nigeria, located at the south side of Victoria Island, just east of Bar Beach and south of the Kuramo Waters lagoon. It was the location of numerous illegal shanties and cabins, some of them being used for music entertainment, bars and prostitution. In August 2012, a surge of the Atlantic Ocean hit Kuramo Beach, destroying some of these shacks and killing 16 people. The next day government authorities evacuated the area, demolished the remaining shacks and began to refill the sand.
The ocean surge is said to occur every August at the beach, though in former years no lives were lost.

Tarkwa Bay is an artificial sheltered beach located near the Lagos harbour. Due to its island status, it is only accessible by boat or water taxis. The beach, popular with swimmers and water-sports enthusiasts, also has a welcoming resident community.
