Zębowice ([zɛmbɔˈvit͡sɛ], German: Zembowitz) is a village in Olesno County, Opole Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. It is the seat of the gmina (administrative district) called Gmina Zębowice. It lies approximately 14 kilometres (9 mi) south of Olesno and 32 km (20 mi) east of the regional capital Opole.
The village has a population of 1,500. 44% of the population is Germans. Zębowice is with the largest proportion of members of the German minority in Poland.
