Yuri Nikolayevich Klinskikh (Russian: Ю́рий Никола́евич Клински́х) (July 27, 1964 — July 4, 2000) was a Russian musician, singer, songwriter, arranger, founder rock band Sektor Gaza. Also known as Yuri Hoi.
During the years 1982—1984 he served in the army on the Far East. In 1984—1986 he worked in the traffic police, then — on a factory as milling-machine operator. He used to write songs as hobby since school years. Started performing since 1987. Then founded group Sektor Gaza.
On July 4, 2000, Klinskih felt severe pain chest and stomach pain, but chose not to cancel a meeting later that day to film a music video for the song "Noch Straha". He died that day at the age of 35 in Voronezh due to heart failure. He is buried on the Levoberezhniy cemetery of Voronezh.
