Yuika Sugasawa (born 5 October 1990) is a Japanese footballer who plays as a Striker for JEF United Chiba in the L-League and the Japan women's national football team.
Sugasawa made her debut for Japan during the 2010 Bicenntenial Woman's Cup () against the Denmark on 13 January 2010 at the Coquimbo. She then scored the first goal for Japan in a 2–0 victory over Denmark on 2 March 2012 which won the 2012 Algarve Cup.
