Yorkville is a town in Racine County, Wisconsin, United States. The population was 3,291 at the 2000 census. The unincorporated communities of Ives Grove, Sylvania, and Yorkville are located in the town.

The town was founded primarily by farmers immigrating from Cornwall, England.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 34.4 square miles (89.0 km²), of which, 34.3 square miles (88.9 km²) of it is land and 0.04 square miles (0.1 km²) of it (0.09%) is water.

As of the census of 2000, there were 3,291 people, 1,123 households, and 917 families residing in the town. The population density was 95.9 people per square mile (37.0/km²). There were 1,153 housing units at an average density of 33.6 per square mile (13.0/km²). The racial makeup of the town was 98.12% White, 0.24% African American, 0.15% Native American, 0.33% Asian, 0.24% from other races, and 0.91% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 1.43% of the population.

There were 1,123 households out of which 35.2% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 70.9% were married couples living together, 6.9% had a female householder with no husband present, and 18.3% were non-families. 14.8% of all households were made up of individuals and 4.5% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.75 and the average family size was 3.05.
