Yogesh Dattatraya Gosavi (Marathi: योगेश दत्तात्रय गोसावी) is an Indian film director, actor, and screenwriter. He is noted for his work in Marathi cinema, including a 2010 released Pratisaad - The Response which has bagged the Dadasaheb Phalke Film Festival Award. He has also worked as a TV commercials and documentaries maker for corporates. His movies are always based on relationships.
Yogesh started acting in plays when he was 11, Howevery by the time he started college, his passion turned into direction, and he started working as an assistant director in Bollywood. In 2007, he started working independently as a director for TV commercials and corporate films. He has expanded his boundaries as an independent film director with Pratisaad - The Response in 2010.
In 2008 he established his own production house Y.D.G.Films through which he used to do line production for films, After Pratisaad - The Response, he made another Marathi feature film called Sorry - Ek Anokhi Kahani (SEAK) (2018), which is produced by his own production company Y.D.G.Films, and Gadbad Gondhal (2018) for another production house. He is also filming a Hindi feature film called Yun Hi for his own production house., ,
