Xixia County (simplified Chinese: ; traditional Chinese: ; pinyin: Xīxiá; postal: Sisia) is a county of Nanyang, Henan, China, has an area of 3,452 square kilometers and a population of 420,000 as of 2002.
In September 2010, the director of the Xixia Weather Bureau, Yu Xiangjie (禹 相 杰), ran over three pedestrians who were killed instantly. Sentenced to pay 630,000 yuan in damages to the families, he spent the money from the account of the Weather Bureau.
