The Xaverian Hawks are the interscholastic athletic programs of the Xaverian Brothers High School in Westwood, Massachusetts. Xaverian is a member of the Catholic Conference and is classified as Division 1 in the Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletic Association (MIAA) for a majority of its athletic programs. Xaverian athletic teams have won seven Division 1 State Championships in recent years (baseball in 2012, football in 2009, 2014 and 2015, golf in 2014, lacrosse in 2013 and skiing in 2013). In addition, the MIAA has honored Xaverian athletics five times for outstanding sportsmanship. Xaverian currently has over 100 athletes participating in college athletics (Xaverian Magazine winter 2011). Charlie Stevenson '69 is the current Athletic Director.

Xaverian sponsors 16 varsity sports - cross country (non-cut), golf, football (non-cut) and soccer during the fall season; alpine skiing (non-cut), basketball, hockey, indoor track (non-cut), swimming (non-cut), and wrestling (non-cut) during the winter season; and baseball, lacrosse, rugby (non-cut), tennis, track & field (non-cut) and volleyball during the spring season.

In 2004, Xaverian's baseball team won the Division 1 State Championship, and was ranked the 24th best team in the country by USA Today. The baseball team has returned to the Division I South Sectional in 2010, 2011 and won the D1 title again in 2012. The team qualified for the Super Eight Baseball Tournament in 2015, but was knocked out by Bridgewater-Raynham Regional High School.

The Xaverian football team has won nine MIAA Division 1 Super Bowls. In 2009, Xaverian's football team won the Division 1 Super Bowl, finishing off the season with an undefeated record of 13-0 after shutting out Everett 29-0 at Gillette Stadium to win its sixth State Championship. In 2013, Xaverian's team clinched the Division 1 South Title, giving them a berth in the Division 1 State Championship, where they faced Central Catholic on December 6, 2013. In 2014, Xaverian's football team once again made it to the Division 1 State Championship, where they faced off against powerhouse Everett. The Hawks defeated Everett by a score of 38-29, clinching the Division 1 State Championship and also completed a perfect season at 12-0. In 2015, Xaverian's football team once again made it to the Division 1 State Championship, where they faced off against Central Catholic. The Hawks defeated Central Catholic by a score of 44-14, clinching the Division 1 State Championship and repeating a perfect season at 12-0 to extend its unbeaten streak to 24 games. The Hawks were ranked the No. 22 team in the nation in the final 2015 USA Today Super 25 Expert Rankings.
