Wye is a census-designated place (CDP) in Missoula County, Montana, United States. It is part of the Missoula, Montana Metropolitan Statistical Area. The population was 511 at the 2010 census, an increase from its population of 381 in 2000.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 3.1 square miles (8.0 km2), all of it land.
As of the census of 2010, there were 511 people, 123 households, and 101 families residing in the CDP. The population density was 121.8 people per square mile (47.0/km²). There were 126 housing units at an average density of 40.3/sq mi (15.5/km²). The racial makeup of the CDP was 92.65% White, 1.84% Native American, and 5.51% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 1.57% of the population.
There were 123 households out of which 50.4% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 67.5% were married couples living together, 8.9% had a female householder with no husband present, and 17.1% were non-families. 15.4% of all households were made up of individuals and 3.3% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
