Below are some of the minor-league baseball players in the New York Mets organization.

Wuilmer Becerra (born October 1, 1994) is a Venezuelan professional baseball outfielder in the New York Mets organization.

On December 17, 2012, the New York Mets traded Catchers Josh Thole and Mike Nickeas, Right-handed Pitcher R.A. Dickey to Toronto Blue Jays for Catcher John Buck, Right-Handed Pitcher Noah Syndergaard, Catcher Travis d'Arnaud and Outfielder Wuilmer Becerra. Becerra was assigned to Gulf Coast League Mets upon his arrival to Mets but began his career with the Kingsport Mets in 2014.

The Mets added him to their 40-man roster after the 2016 season.

Patrick Joshua Conlon (born November 11, 1993) is an Irish-American professional baseball pitcher in the New York Mets organization. The Mets selected Conlon in the 13th round of the 2015 MLB Draft out of the University of San Diego where he played for the San Diego Toreros. Conlon was born in Belfast but fled with his Catholic family to California to escape The Troubles just shy of his second birthday. He became an American citizen at 16 years old.

Conlon began his professional career in 2015 with the Brooklyn Cyclones of the New York–Penn League where he pitched 17 innings in 17 games without giving up an earned run. He began 2016 with the Columbia Fireflies of the Sally League before moving up to the St. Lucie Mets of the Florida State League. He finished the season with a 1.65 ERA, 0.979 WHIP and 112 strikeouts over 142 innings pitched at the two different levels. Following the season, he was named the Mets Organizational Pitcher of the Year, MLB Pipeline Mets Organizational Player of the Year and, in a fan vote, won the MiLBY Award for Top Starting Pitcher.
