Woodmere is a census-designated place (CDP) in Jefferson Parish, Louisiana, United States. The population was 12,080 at the 2010 census. It is part of the New Orleans–Metairie–Kenner Metropolitan Statistical Area.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 3.8 square miles (10.0 km²), of which 3.7 square miles (9.7 km²) is land and 0.1 square miles (0.3 km²) (2.86%) is water.
At of the 2000 census, there were 13,058 people, 3,722 households and 3,305 families residing in the CDP. The population density was 3,492.5 per square mile (1,348.1/km²). There were 3,882 housing units at an average density of 1,038.3 per square mile (400.8/km²). The racial makeup of the CDP was 24.93% White, 65.37% African American, 0.25% Native American, 6.00% Asian, 1.96% from other races, and 1.49% from two or more races.
