Wolfgang Herz (born 1950) is a German businessman, co-owner of the German coffee shop and retail chain Tchibo.
Herz is the son of Max and Ingeburg Herz. His father co-founded Tchibo in 1949 with Carl Tchilinghiryan.
In 2003, he sold his stake of the business to three family members. The company is now 100% owned by his mother, and two of his brothers Michael and Wolfgang Herz.
