Winside is a village in Wayne County, Nebraska, United States. The population was 427 at the 2010 census.
Winside was platted in 1886 when the railroad was extended to that point. It was so named because its promoters hoped the town would win the railroad over rival town Northside.
Winside is located at 42°10′36″N 97°10′33″W / 42.17667°N 97.17583°W (42.176648, -97.175899).
